Based in the San Francisco Bay Area, Night Sea is a French-American duo working at the intersection of ambient music and generative audiovisuals. Their music focuses on the hypnotic and meditative experience of sound, combining textural atmospheres and subtle dub rhythms into an entrancing haze. Night Sea released their first album Still on the Canadian label Silent Season in 2020, with a follow up single on the Huinali sublabel of Oslated in 2022. In 2023, they released the longform ambient track *Off Grid*. Night Sea has performed at music festivals like Mostra in Barcelona and Mutek in San Francisco.
